Thea Mickell Services (TMS) has a staff of five. Each staff member has specialties ranging from legal, accounting and book keeping and grant writing.
We can provide advice on establishing a new legal entity, end of year financial compilations, filing annual returns, completing Charities Services obligations, composing business plans, proposals and reports, assistance in financial management – tracking, report and invoicing, ensuring IRD compliance.
Another area of expertise and funding management. We identify suitable funders, manage the timeframes, compiling and completing thorough applications, compiling and completing audit and accountability reports.
